The Neighbourhood Ambassador Program (NAP)
Is a comprehensive training initiative designed to level the expertise of individuals living and working in African, Caribbean, and Black (ACB) communities, and create sustainable opportunities to advance the capacity of people with lived experiences to flourish as effective advocates and community leaders. Neighbourhood Ambassadors are trained to conduct research and develop programs in collaboration with ACB communities who have experienced homicide violence and victimization (e.g., gun violence, homicide, anti-Black racism).
